Dr. Phyllis Chang

Dr. Phyllis Chang has a distinguished academic surgery career. For 18 years, she treated patients and taught medical students at The University of Iowa Hospital, the largest state university hospital in the US. In 2005, she took on a new challenge when she opened Hand and Plastic Surgery of Iowa and began private practice in Coralville, Iowa, 5 minutes west of Iowa City and 10 minutes south of North Liberty in the Cedar Rapids - Iowa City Corridor.
