Meet the Staff

Dr. Chang's staff at Hand and Plastic Surgery of Iowa is competent and caring. Dr. Chang selects only the most qualified and personable professionals to assist her patients.

Deb Boyd, R.N., B.S.N., is our Office Nurse. She received her BS degree in Nursing from Clarke College and has over 12 years experience in caring for a wide variety of patients. Her compassionate nature makes her easy to talk to. She is here to answer your questions and make your visit to our clinic as easy as possible.

Lissa Roggeveen, C.P.C., is the first person you will meet upon arrival to our practice. She is a kind, energetic, well organized Patient Service Specialist who helps everything to run smoothly. She is especially qualified to answer insurance and billing questions as she has received certification as a Professional Coder. She has over 10 years experience in customer/patient relations and is willing to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Judy Gerlitz, M.B.A., is the business and finance manager. Judy graduated from the University of Iowa with a MBA degree and she has certification as a Medical Office Manager. When you meet her you will find that she is knowledgeable and helpful. She will be happy to assist you with any questions about insurance reimbursement and financial concerns.
