Dr. Chang offers compassionate, competent care that takes into account each individual's needs. For each patient she will use her knowledge and clinical experience to make an honest assessment and then educate the person about their condition. Dr. Chang will discuss possible options for treatment and help the patient choose the best course of action, tailored to the individual.
